My training methods predominantly involve high intensity workouts
revolving around running intervals, hills, weights, circuits and boxing
sessions. This must be backed up with sound nutrition, supplementation
and recovery to achieve your goals, which I will guide you through.
Quality over Quantity is my motto.
Unless in the gym, I will bring all equipment (weights, med ball, mats, boxing etc) and can meet at your home or a nearby park/reserve.
